Youth hockey sessions are designed for House/Recreational youth hockey players to experience extra time on the ice while continuing skill development. Sessions allow players to focus on skating, stick-handling, shooting and conditioning, as well as featuring scrimmage and game play in a non-competitive environment.

Youth Stick Time (Pond Hockey) is a program designed for House/Recreational players to participate in organized hockey sessions. CAHA coaches and Ice Den staff are on hand to coordinate on-ice activities for each session including instructional drills, activities and scrimmages.
Until further notice, all players must register online in advance. No Drop-Ins permitted.
