Ballet plays a key role in excelling in the sport of figure skating.  The Ice Dens have their very own ballet and stretch coach to help with arms, posture, grace and overall flexibility.

All ballet classes are held in the Ice Den Chandler Party Rooms.  Unless otherwise noted.
