Please do not come to the Ice Den if you are not scheduled to be on the ice.
We are currently experiencing a high number of inquiries regarding programming and events. Your patience is appreciated as we slowly resume business operations.

The website will be updated as information is confirmed. Any existing schedules published prior to March 16 are subject to change.
Thank you for your continued patience as we work through the scheduling challenges presented by the rink closure, interrupted and cancelled programming.
We look forward to seeing you on the ice soon!
The Ice Den is optimistic we will know more early next week as it relates to Governor Ducey’s extension to the Arizona Stay Home. Stay Healthy. Stay Connected. Order through 5/15 and how the re-open phases impact the rinks resuming operations.
As public health and safety concerns continue for the state, and in response to Governor Ducey’s stay at home order, the Ice Dens will remain closed for an indeterminate time.
We have made the safety of our employees and community members our top priority by voluntarily suspending programming and closing our locations on March 16, 2020. In the interim, ownership and management have been focused on addressing the well-being, needs and concerns of our employees and their families as we navigate this unprecedented circumstance.
At the same time, our team has been assessing and evaluating the extent of the disruption to Ice Den programming and events. It is our full intent to proceed with scheduled programs as they were originally planned to the best of our ability. As the impact differs between each skater, hockey player and family, program specific information will be disseminated directly to registered participants. Additional communications will be sent to Learn to Skate, Coyotes Adult Hockey League, Figure Skating and Coyotes Amateur Hockey Association. Any third-party programs and events, to include but not limited to: Little Howlers, Arizona Kachinas, Arizona High School Hockey Association, Arizona Amateur Hockey Association, as well as any upcoming tournaments and summer camps, will be communicated by the organizing group.
In order to be strategic and intentional as we manage the thousands of Ice Den community members affected by the closure, the refund request process will be implemented once program schedules are defined and business activities resume. The process will incorporate an Online Refund/Credit Request Portal to track and monitor all transactions. Please be advised that requests for credits/refunds made through e-mail, social media, by phone or any other method of communication will not be honored.
This situation has challenged our business like nothing we have experienced in our 22 year history. While we cannot control the circumstances, we are committed to adapt as needed to ensure we are ready to welcome our community back to the ice.
Until then, we all must focus our energy and efforts towards the health and safety of the community. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and take direction from local and state officials, as well as the Arizona Department of Health Services and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
The Ice Dens encourage everyone to abide by the preventative recommendations from government and health officials to stay safe.
Thank you for your unwavering support and understanding as we work through this ongoing challenge.
We look forward to seeing you back on the ice and in the stands soon,
Ice Den Management
As public health and safety remains a concern for the state, the Ice Dens will not reopen on March 30th as originally anticipated. The Ice Dens are closely monitoring the situation and will provide a community-wide update with additional program details no later than March 31st. Like our community, our team is just as eager to resume operations. Thank you for your unwavering support and understanding as we work through this challenge.
Ice Den Community,
Over the weekend we continued to monitor the ongoing developments related to COVID-19 in the state of Arizona and throughout the country.
After much consideration, we have made the decision to suspend all Ice Den and 3rd party rental programming/operations effective March 16 through March 29. The rink will be closed to the public during this time. (3/15: Today’s scheduled programming will run through completion.)
The decision to suspend programming is intended to ensure that we do our part to encourage social distancing in an effort to help protect the community from the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The safety and well-being of our community members and our dedicated staff and their families are our first concern. This situation will require all of us to work together to navigate this uncharted territory. We are confident, like other challenges presented to our community in the past, that we will come out stronger as a result.
Due to the scheduled and complex nature of our businesses, and to ensure that we are addressing our customers and employees’ best interests, we respectfully request some time to provide next steps to the community. As the impact differs between each skater, hockey player and family, program specific communications will be sent directly to registered participants.
During the closure, our staff will be performing extensive “deep” cleaning and additional maintenance projects. We encourage all participants to take time to evaluate and sanitize your personal skating and hockey equipment as well.
Our intention at this time is to re-open the building on March 30th ; however, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and take direction from local and state officials, as well as the Arizona Department of Health Services and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
The health and safety of the larger community is our priority. We look forward to seeing you on the ice as soon as possible.
Please stay connected for additional updates and developments through email, social media (@icedenaz) and our website.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding,
Ice Den Management
